That is most definitely walking. And it's the best kind of walking: the wobbly, goofy, aww-isn't-that-cuuuute???, my-heart-is-a-flutter, my-baby-is-growing-up-and-me-eyes-are-wet-with-joy -and-pride-and-a-bit-o-sadness kind of walking, as opposed to the running-away-from-you-screaming-mid-diaper-change walking that is coming in about, oh, two weeks.
Oh yeah, that is most definitely walking! Just watch out, it quickly transfers to running and then they never look back!
